Co-developed the core ticketing platform adopted by more than 60 venues across Switzerland. Engineered Datatrans payment and SKIDATA access control integrations, platform SSO, and a ski ticketing module.
Worked across core development and integration boundaries, connecting ticket purchase, authentication, payment, and admission. The ski module extended the portal into a new market.
From a digital ticket to a real entrance.
Led development and ongoing operations of an in-house access control system, from native Android and iOS applications to a React administration interface, a distributed Couchbase data layer, and an authenticated public API.
The API lets ticketing providers feed ticket data directly into the system. My responsibilities combined engineering leadership with the operational work of keeping the platform running.
